That guy next door

I met this great girl and at the point of meeting her, she has to leave for Boston regarding her work. I hate Boston and her work. Also i will stop blogging. Whatever.

So, since i couldn’t remove Quicktime 7 by hand (Mac, ever heard of the case of Mediaplayer integration Microsoft once had?) I deleted library files by hand. I used Pacifist to install Quicktime 6.5. Right now my OSX install is completely corrupted. My desktop won’t play sound. If i try to turn the volume up or down my desktop resets, Quicktime or VLC won’t play, websites with flash (and audio) simply close my browser and i can’t find any results in my search to restore this and fix it. I even can’t access the preference pane anymore, it simply bombs! This audio-flaw partially crippled my OSX system.

It seems Mac isn’t all that once the system gets in trouble. I consider this a huge flaw Mac. An unexpected one, since i had you in high regards. This seriously influences my experience of OSX. That’s a bad thing, i really enjoyed OSX up untill this point.

What if you couldn’t blog anymore about the things you want? What if you couldn’t say what you want? Sure, some diplomacy is a healthy attitude, but we are people of free will. Thats a given right! Don’t waste it..

I’ve been coding MX actionscript for two days because the code simply is working the way i want it to. If it was PHP i’d have it build 10 times now. I really start to dislike actionscript coding. Although their documentation ’seems’ helpfull (i really hate livedocs. It’s slow), it isn’t when it comes to understanding functions.

If i hadn’t had a need to get this done if Flash i would have been done with it hours ago. *sigh* Back to coding this mad coding language again.

Yesterday i’ve lost my phone in the bus. One would think that it would be a minor thing for someone who found the phone to return it to some official with the bus company.  Right?

It seems the world is running out of honesty. Big bummer!

I’m off, i need a new phone.

It seems some people still don’t understand that the internet is a people-thing. You can not own it! You can be on it, enjoy it, build on it, but do not try to own it.

People(and/or companies) who try to claim the internet in one way or another should be expelled from earth without any hessitation.

Microsoft, listen up.. you cannot buy cool and make it your own, claiming it to be your own.

You’ve allready messed things up for webdevelopers with your flawed browser (of which i’m glad to see there are efforts to make it better).
Take this from me. Just go the karma-way about this (which will be the next trend!). For once, or maybe again, like with Windows95, try to do something true. Yes, the game has changed dramatically through the web, but.. that hasn’t stopped Apple. In fact, they did what they do best, work hard, innovate and then spread love. A site like Digg, works like a charm, because they understand people power. Although I do not always like everything about companies like these , the point I make is clear.

So, don’t buy Flickr, don’t buy users. Win them over. Be that bold. It’ll get you in a way better spot.
