A few weeks ago I slowly started writing a new CMS. Does the world really need a new CMS? Well the company I work for does. Having seen our clients needs I think I have a fair picture of what needs to be done and I decided to struck a chord between WordPress and Drupal. In short: The ease of use that wordpress provides and the node-based structure for content that Drupal uses. It will still be coded in the way I think it will work best, but this could be a cool tool.
Although for now I really am focussed towards getting some stuf done – the ‘and more’ is a personal ‘secret’ project – I wanted to force myself to get on the blog and start using it some more. I have also planned to detail some info on the workings of this CMS, but more on this later on.
